Salary: Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and Midwest region salaries and cost of living scale. • LaGrange, OH - No rush-hour traffic from any location!
• 25-30 Minutes from Cleveland, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, Elyria, Hopkins Airport, Avon, Medina, and Brunswick
• 45 Minutes from Lakewood, Beachwood, Sandusky, and Brecksville

Job Description:
SpaceBound, Inc. is seeking a full-time experienced Product Return Processor with a minimum of two years experience. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Receives and processes returned products
• Prepares products for re-shipment to distribution
• Repackages inventory for resale
• Prepares pallets for LTL shipments
• Assesses items for defects
• Tests items for functionality
• Warranty Support Processing
• Communicates issues to the Support team for further investigation
• Daily Logs / Reports
The Product Return Processor must have a professional demeanor, ability to read and interpret reported customer issues, savvy with electronics and technology products, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, highly effective organizational skills and work well independently.
In addition, The Product Return Processor must be self-motivated, able to follow instructions as they are given, be a team player who can work with all levels and departments within the Company organization and maintain a great attitude.
This position is not for someone who does not enjoy working with others, is unable to multi-task, or unable to adapt to an ever changing environment.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Computer Skills: Experienced in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Microsoft Access is a plus but not required), ability to conduct Internet searches
• Typing Skills: 40+ wpm minimum by touch
